Personality and depth

Barolo Bergera Pezzole, the interesting cru from the municipality of Novello, has over time become the winery's most important wine. Nebbiolo from Barolo started to return to the old vineyards in 1997, while the first harvest took place in 2003.

IN THE WINERY

Maceration from 20 - 25 days
Ageing in small vats and larger barrels for around 28-32 months

Ruby red colour
Complex on the nose
Austere, powerful and structured on the palate
Rich yet soft tannins
Full-bodied

AT THE TABLE

This wine goes perfectly with roasts, braised meat and game, and is the ideal accompaniment to ripened cheeses
