Freshness and tradition
Corini Pallaretta is an M.G.A. (sub-region with production specification) of the municipality of Novello. The hill, not completely cultivated with vines, slopes gently to the west, but the historic vineyards with a long-wine-making history are on the slopes facing south or south-west.

Maceration from 25 - 30 days
Ageing in small vats and larger barrels for around 28-32 months
Grape crushing and destemming prior to fermentation and maceration for 25-30 days

Notable and pleasant on the palate
Marked floral notes (violet, rose and dried flowers) on the nose.
