Freshness and tradition

Corini Pallaretta is an M.G.A. (sub-region with production specification) of the municipality of Novello. The hill, not completely cultivated with vines, slopes gently to the west, but the historic vineyards with a long-wine-making history are on the slopes facing south or south-west.

Grape variety: Michet and Lampia Nebbiolo
Made from 100% Nebbiolo since 2011
Precise manual cultivation
Perfect ratio of leaves to bunches of grapes to make the most of the vineyard's sunny location

IN THE WINERY

Maceration from 25 - 30 days
Ageing in small vats and larger barrels for around 28-32 months
Grape crushing and destemming prior to fermentation and maceration for 25-30 days

Ruby red colour
Character and structure
Fresh and vibrant notes with a good balance of tannins
Notable and pleasant on the palate
Marked floral notes (violet, rose and dried flowers) on the nose.

AT THE TABLE

The perfect accompaniment to red meat, game and medium- and long-aged cheeses.
