Back to its roots, when Barolo was made with Nebbiolo grapes from different hills, taking the distinctive characteristics from each to fuse into a unique and complete wine.

IN THE VINEYARD

Grape variety: Michet and Lampia Nebbiolo
Precise manual cultivation
Perfect ratio of leaves to bunches of grapes to make the most of the vineyard's sunny location

IN THE WINERY

Maceration from 20 - 25 days
Ageing in small vats and larger barrels for around 28-32 months

IN THE GLASS

Ruby red colour
Full-bodied, structured, nervous, elegant, fresh and austere on the palate
A variety of different undertones on the nose, ranging from small fruits and spicy hints to floral and plant notes

AT THE TABLE

It goes perfectly with red meat and ripened cheeses, white meat and medium-aged cheeses

The best vintages also yield Le Strette Barolo Riserva
