Structure and elegance
In the heart of the Barolo DOCG area, Le Strette produces, in the commune of Barolo, the Bergeisa cru where the homonymous Mention offers the optimal conditions to obtain a structured and elegant wine. The vineyard, characterized by a steep slope, is exposed on the hill to the South-East.

IN THE CELLAR
Soft pressing and destemmingFermentation and maceration in steel vats for a total of 22 – 30 days
Refinement for about 12 months in small wooden barrels of second and third wine and subsequent finishing in larger barrels for another 15-20 months.

IN THE GLASS
Ruby red color with garnet reflectionsAromas of small fruits (blackberry, raspberry), notes of flowers (rose) and sometimes liquorice and cinnamon.
Structured, balanced and elegant on the palate. Silky tannins.
Already after 4-5 years it begins to express all its potential.
