Located on the southern slope of Novello, just outside the Barolo DOCG production area, it is an ideal site for cultivating both Nebbiolo and Nas-c\u00ebtta thanks to its calcareous soil and excellent sun exposure.<\/p><p>Here stands the oldest existing Nas-c\u00ebtta vineyard, dating back to the 1940s. In 2018, the restored vineyards started producing fruit for Langhe Nas-c\u00ebtta DOC PASINOT\u00ae.<\/p><p>Finally, in 2019, the first single-variety Nebbiolo vinification was completed, further
