Barolo
Barolo DOCG Bergera-Pezzole
Character and Power
Barolo Bergera-Pezzole, an intriguing cru within the municipality of Novello, has over time become the most important wine of the estate.
Its story is another bold challenge undertaken by Mauro and Savio: in 1997, next to a small 1984 vineyard, they began reintroducing Nebbiolo da Barolo to plots that had once been cultivated—first in Bergera and later in Pezzole.
In 2003, the first vintage bearing the official vineyard designation was released. From the very beginning, it stood out as a wine capable of placing Le Strette among the most respected Barolo producers in Piedmont.
