Barolo
Barolo DOCG Corini-Pallaretta
Freshness and Tradition
Barolo Corini-Pallaretta is an Additional Geographical Mention (MeGA) located within the municipality of Novello.
The hill, not entirely planted with vines, descends gently toward the west, while the historic vineyards lie on the slopes exposed to the south and southwest.
This is a Barolo of strong character—one that Le Strette first embraced with the 2011 vintage, after several experimental vinifications and a small production from old vines.
With this wine, Le Strette became one of the very few—if not the only—wineries to produce two Barolo DOCG wines from the municipality of Novello.
Such meticulous attention to the territory leads the estate to work each year as if it were destined to become the best Barolo vintage.
