Dolcetto d’Alba was the very first wine released by Le Strette, marking the winery’s debut on the Langhe wine scene with the 1997 vintage.

- Soil: calcareous matrix with textures varying between sand and clay
- Variety: Dolcetto
- Vine density: 4,200–4,500 plants/ha
- Training system: Guyot on vertical trellising

In the Cellar
- Gentle crushing and destemming
- Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for 5–7 days
- Aging in stainless steel for 8–10 months

- Color: deep ruby red with enticing violet highlights
- Aroma: fresh and fruity, with notes of red fruits (cherry) and subtle spicy tones adding complexity
- Palate: harmonious, elegant and fresh, with a respectable body and a touch of gentle tannin
