Barolo Corini Pallaretta Wine DOCG
Freshness and tradition
Barolo Corini-Pallaretta is a MeGA (Additional Geography Mention) of the Commune of Novello. The hillside, not completely planted with vines, slopes gently westward, but the historic vineyards are found on the slopes with South, South/West exposure. A Barolo of character, on which Le Strette has first taken interest in the 2011 harvest, with a small volume production from the old vineyards, becoming one of the very few, if not the only winery to produce two Baroli DOCG from the municipality of Novello. This attention to the territory leads to work as if every year was the best vintage of Barolo.
